A well presented self contained annex in a semi-rural location close to the village of Walberton. In close proximity to the historic cities of Arundel and Chichester; the south coast; the South Downs national Park; the Goodwood estate and Fontwell racecourse. Upstairs is a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom overlooking fields. Downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area with TV. The property has off-road parking.
This property is an ideal base for those looking to explore this beautiful area of West Sussex or attend the regular events at Goodwood and Fontwell.
