On the ground floor, 1 double with narrow steep stairs leading to a mezzanine level with single bed. Bathroom: on the first floor with bath, separate shower and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC, on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner and Smart TV with Netflix. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden area with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 medium-sized dog welcome. Additional info: secure summer house for storage of bikes and surfboards. Location: beach 5 miles, pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
