This pretty cottage is situated along the banks of the River Camel in Wadebridge and is a level stroll to many facilities. There are a range of popular family pubs and restaurants in town serving food, several take aways, independent shops to enjoy and a cinema.All weather tennis is available opposite, via a footbridge, together with a local football/cricket pitch and two children's activities areas.

The Camel Trail, which was given UNESCO Area of Outstanding Beauty, is accessed from the end of the road and there are several cycle hire shops in town, if required, to enable guests to explore the trail. You can walk or cycle east to Bodmin Moor or west to the fishing town of Padstow. The renowned surfing beach at Polzeath is a 15 minute drive.
