Booking both houses Villa Thea and Petra house you have full privacy and an EXCLUSIVE & PRIVATE USE OF THE POOL AREA & WHOLE HOUSE.

This listing offers booking of both properties and therefore you have EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE POOL AREA & WHOLE HOUSE.Suitable for 12 people- 15 people.

The property is located on an exclusive and quiet hilltop faces the island's most famous marina / port (Vourkari) as well as the archaeological site Agia Irini and Otzia Beach. It offers spectacular view to the sea.

The villa is new, 275 square meters on a 4,000 square meters plot mainly planted with young olive trees. Following the island's unique architectural style the villa is entirely made of stone on the outside, with particularly large verandas to enjoy the truly breathtaking view.-

Located only is only 1,5 km from Vourkari port where all the Bars and Restaurants are located. It is also 5 minutes drive from the beaches.It accommodates 8 guests (max.10 including the double sofas.

The main Villa is spacious, traditional in its design, simple and luxurious in the same time and it comfortably sleeps 8 persons, while providing the following facilities:a) 3 double bedroom, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room and kitchen

.All rooms are fully equipped for a pleasurable stay. Television, d.v.d. player and hi-fi, complete the sitting area.

The huge spacious garden and the swimming pool offers an amazing view where you can enjoy your drink and dive in to cool off!

Petra House Petra Guest House is a 2 Bedroom house attached to Villa Thea but at the same time has separate entrances and outdoor areas. Petra which can accommodate 4 people in beds and 2 more in the sofas in Living Room.

It has a private garden with dining table and shared pool with another property. In more detail It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with 2 sofas that can sleep the 2 extra people if needed.

Possibility of renting a SUV HONDA Jeep in very competitive price, for your easy transportation in the island if yu dont want to searching for a car.

How do damage deposits work?

If Polina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
