Whether you are in Athens for holidays or on business there is no better place to stay than Voula. It is the most beautiful part of the Athens Riviera located 18 km south of the capital’s center.

This luxury 160 sq.m. apartment is ideally situated on top of a peaceful and quiet pine-tree hill in between the Voula & Vouliagmeni areas and at walking distance from the beach. Featuring large verandas with spectacular sea views of the Saronikos gulf, a private lawn garden and patio furniture, the property takes advantage of its proximity to the wonderful sandy beaches of Voula, Varkiza, Kavouri and Vouliagmeni (less than 15 min. walking distance), all awarded with blue flags, that offer a unique cosmopolitan living environment with the perfect Mediterranean climate.

The apartment consists of :

Main Lounge & dining room : approximately 60 sq.m. with modern furnishing, a bamboo dining table for 6 people, fireplace, wooden floors, 32” LCD TV and DVD player and view to the sea from the windows that give you the chance to watch the breathtaking sunsets.

Master bedroom : King size bed with spacious hardwood wardrobe, its own private balcony, wooden floor, LCD TV and DVD player and view to the sea.

Second bedroom : Two single beds (can be made-up as a double), spacious hardwood wardrobe, wooden floor and view to the sea.

Main bathroom : Spacious 13 sq.m. family bathroom with lots of natural light.

Second bathroom : walk-in shower bathroom.

Kitchen : the kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and dinning room with an open plan layout, separated by a counter, is fitted with ALNO cabinets, Siemens appliances (oven & cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), coffee machine, boiler and all you may need for cooking or eating. All you need is your groceries, which can be purchased at the near-by supermarket.

There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room.

The amenities, among others, include private parking, central heating system, air conditioning, etc. An English-speaking representative is on hand to assist you.

The area

The fabulous mild maritime climate of Attica, the sandy beaches, the calmness of the Mediterranean landscape with its pine and palm trees and the cosmopolitan aura are the elements that characterize these suburbs of Athens.

While the house is situated in a remote neighborhood there is a wide variety of entertainment and restaurant choices, ranging from Greek traditional tavernas to the most exotic ethnic ones. Almost all of these are by the sea, offering a relaxing atmosphere during the day and a romantic one at night. And for those who prefer a more busy and vibrant place there is always the nearby Glyfada town (5km away), known for its shopping and entertainment center. If on the other hand you prefer to spend time at home, the local super market is just 5 min. walk away.

Less than a mile away there is the famous Vouliagmeni Lake (a natural brackish lake with healing properties), while the historical Athens city center, the stunning Cape Sounion archeological site and the airport are all 20-30 minutes drive away. The general area can cater to any culinary wish and a variety of sports installations (tennis and golf courts, gym, surfing and water-sports, etc) can keep you fit and busy.
