As you explore the property you will be delighted by the stylish master bedroom, complete with a full en suite bathroom as well as access to a big balcony area to enjoy the sea view!!!. The second and the third bedroom also offers ample comfort with queen size beds and big balconies with mountain view. Both rooms have a stylish, modern feel ensuring your stay is a happy and restful one.

GUESTS ACCESS

Private apartment on the second floor with elevator. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with three bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and fireplace in the living room. The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood, walking to public transportation .Voula Hospital is 1.6Km from the apartment.Also there is a lot of free parking space outside the flat ,if you have car.

Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom features a super queen size bed, huge wardrobe, and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, fitted wardrobe ,round table and 2 arm chairs .

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, fitted wardrobe and 1 arm chair.

Bathroom 1: Bathtub with fixed and flexible shower heads, sink, toilet.

Bathroom 2: Shower room includes walk-in shower, sink, toilet.

 Kitchen fully equipped. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster

 Laundry room with separate washer, iron and ironing board.

There is a baby cot and feeding baby chair upon request.

Numerous of big closets will make your stay more comfortable.

Bed linen, towels, bath amenities are provided.

Wi-Fi internet and boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.are some of the apartment's facilities.

Becoming our guest, you accept that this is not a touristic accommodation or a hotel. This is a home and you are a guest. The host cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occur to guests on the premises.

Guests will be held responsible for their own actions if they should break the law. Use of drugs inside the apartment is prohibited. The Greek law covers this agreement and will be held in Athenian courts if need be.

We only ask you to be sensible and respect everything. We have put a lot of effort to make everything as it is.Many thanks for the understanding.

Please switch off lights and heaters when not in use.

Please switch on the alarm system and lock the flat door when you go out.

Quiet hours, according to the law is: 2pm - 5pm and 8 hours during the nighttime .

An additional 30 Euro fee is required for check in after 10pm/22.00

An additional 50 Euro fee is required for check in after mid-night

Attention: While you are check-in ,keep in mind that I will not accept STRICTLY additional guests from the number of persons you have booked in your reservation request even if there are KIDS .

KIDS pay the rental cost as all guests. We don't accept visitors or parties in our home.

Voula combines the ideal location to enjoy the relaxation near the crystal Aegean water and the calmness of a quiet neighborhood ,the nightlife and shopping in Glyfada This fashion-conscious suburb is known in Greece for its upmarket cafes, well-known restaurants, boutiques and cosmopolitan summer clubs; Glyfada has also been called "Knightsbridge-on-Sea", "Hellenic Hamptons", or the "Beverly Hills of Greece".Also in 30 minutes you will be in the historical center of Athens to visit the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, then take a walk in Plaka or Dionyssiou Areopagitou street towards Monastiraki and many other ruins.

Voula beach remains one of the most popular beaches in the suburbs of Athens.

The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks, to plenty of dining options and public transport. Just 20m away from the apartment there is a bus station from where you can move to the city centre and any other direction, including Plaka, Acropolis,e.t.c. 900 m away there is a super market and a bakery store. In only 750 m you can find a playground for children. It is also a 10 minutes driving from the subway station of Elliniko.

CAFES:

One of the cafes you will find on your way is Vive Mar Beach Bar and Café , NOTOS CAFÉ in Voula beach and LASITHI CAFE, which offers amazing view of Kavouri Beach. Alternatively, towards Glyfada, try Balux House Project a tasteful venue for coffee or meals.
