Le Volpaie is a perfect location in so many ways , for couples wanting a romantic getaway , for relaxing or exploring the outstanding countryside and history or for families wanting a quiet safe holiday spent around the pool and exploring the many beautiful Tuscany features available. There are so many trips to make , to the towns of Volterra, Florence, Pisa , Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena or go to the coast at Cecina with its beaches and Water-park . Beautiful Elba is possible for a day trip and even Rome is only 2 hours away

The Podere has been beautifully restored in traditional Tuscan construction with extensive use of the original farmhouse and local materials including stone, chestnut and terracotta. Originally dating back to the 9th century it is composed of 4 buildings grouped around a central courtyard with its own well, it is sited on a hill with 360 degree panoramic views of Volterra and surrounding countryside.

A large swimming pool for residents use only has also been sited to take maximum advantage of these stunning Tuscan views

She will arrange to meet you and hand over the keys and show the apartment to you. If Ross (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
