Gite Primevere has a lovely private outdoor area to relax in, with garden furniture, BBQ and sun loungers comes with this 1st floor apartment, which sleeps up to 4 with Wifi The flowing Dordogne river just yards away which is lovely 5 minutes stroll. We are situated 5km from the beautiful Medievil town of Sarlat. Just minutes walk away the family can find Restaurants, winery tours, ruins, fresh water fishing, canoeing, swimming, cycling. Hot air balloons can be found to hire near by also. Golf can be found at Siorac-en- Perigord, where you will find 2 golf clubs a 9 hole and a 18 hole course, approximately 20 to 30 minutes based on which rout you take.

This lovely 1st floor gite set in the idyllic countryside outside the small hamlet of Vitrac benefits from its own private patio/terrace and wildlife garden which are welcoming spots for dining for 4 people at the end of a full day of exploring the beautiful Perigord. Furnished with a table, chairs, loungers and BBQ to enable you to dine al fresco, ideal for those long summer evenings of entertainment or relaxation in a lovely private setting.

Nestled under exposed beams, this first floor apartment has 1 bedrooms and ideal for 2/4 people. The gite has 1 double bedroom with double bed and one small room with a double sofa bed in it. The gite is ideal for a couple or with an option of a second couple with the sofa bed. Perfectly situated between Sarlat, Domme, and La Roc Geagac there is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sally (the owner) a message.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
