Description

Nestled in the hillside of Vitet, “Villa Tranquille” is a very private, very quiet three-bedroom villa surrounded by tropical gardens with breathtaking views over the turquoise lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, Petit Cul de Sac, Mont Jean and the surrounding islands. The villa is located within minutes of several beaches and shopping.

The property is built on two levels with the master bedroom in a separate bungalow with private terrace above the main house.

The living room has French doors which open to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area with ocean views on one side and to the garden on the other. The living room shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. A few steps down from the dining area is a wooden terrace with loungers, a deep pool, and a pool house which is perfect for candlelight dinners or daytime lounging.

The master bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed, en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have the option to connect via one of the bathrooms (ideal for families with younger children) and have French doors leading to a balcony with view. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds.

Conveniences include air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi and high-speed Internet, beach towels, and satellite TV. House cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

During high and low season from 1 to 3 bedrooms can be rented - please inquire about rates for 1- or 2-bedroom rentals.

This villa is suitable for young children.
