Description

In the heart of Tuscia, at 5 km from Viterbo, the City of Popes, the villa is a perfect place for relaxation. Immersed in a lovely garden with olive threes, it accommodates up to six/eight people in three comfortable bedrooms. A pool is available from June to September.

The villa has got independent access and services. Inside it presents three bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms, two large living rooms, one kitchen and dining room with fire-place. The upper seating room with balcony offers a beautiful sight of the garden, olives grove and pool. The patio outside is perfect to dine al fresco contemplating the garden and the pool, you can also bake your pizza in the wood oven and use the barbecue facilities near the well.

Wi-fi is available.

Guests have their own key to enter the apartment and a remote control for the property's gate.

In autumn, between November/December, we pick the olives from the trees to make a wonderful extra-virgin olive oil. Joining guests are welcomed as long as ready to face habitual strong winds, bruschette, barbecues and roasted chestnuts!!!!

In Spring and Summer we grow our own vegetables and pick fruits from the trees (apples, figs, apricots, whole nuts, prunes). Our guests may enjoy such natural gifts as well as refresh themselves in the swimming pool.

Also, for those interested, we run introductory and advanced pottery course and cruise on sailing boat on the Bolsena Lake.

I do everything I can to make my guests feel like at home!

Slow, natural and relational living is what we like!!!!

IMPORTANT

- Viterbo Municipality requires the payment of a Tourist Tax of € 1.80 per person per day for a maximum of 7nights. This will be collected at check-in in cash and idoneaous receipt will be issued.

- Italian Law requires a written contract to be signed at check-in. Therefore, please read the copy of our contract, that will be sent to you immediately after confirming your booking. If you do not agree with the terms, you can eventually cancel the reservation according to the terms of this ad.

I personally welcome all my guests, provide them with the essential instructions of the house and tips about things to see and to eat in the lovely land of Tuscia. I live next-door but, when I'm not around, my parents and cats act on my behalf!!! Throughout their stay I'll be in contact via telephone or email for any need or information.
