This beautiful brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2000+sf condo has just been completely remodeled with marble tile flooring in the living room and den, all new paint, appliances and furnishings. No Carpet. All New Hard Floors Throughout.

You will love returning to this calm, spacious home after a long day at the parks or convention center!

We furnished and decorated with the highest quality pieces, sumptuous bedrooms and styling living areas.

This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a King bed with a top quality Euro plush pillow top mattress, a 32” HDTV and a huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers double vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screened toilet.

The guest wing, which has a privacy door to close it off from the main living area, offers a queen room with a 32” HDTV, and another bedroom with 2 full beds and a 32” TV. There is also a full family bathroom in this area.

The vast open-plan living area has tile, marble and porcelain and includes a cosy den with a HDTV and queen sofa bed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal, plus the cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a dining table for 4 and seating at the bar for another 4 people.

The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide open living area and den where there is comfortable seating for up to 8.

The living room leads out to a large tiled and furnished patio where you can enjoy cool drinks on warm evenings.

Good location and not too far from the Clubhouse. As apartment was on the second floor we did experience noise from residents above in the evening which stopped after we reported it to security. We di… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
