From fast food to 5 star dining, all within minutes on International Drive and Restaurant Row. Enjoy quality cotton towels and sheets. Plush new pillow-top mattresses. New Italian furniture. 24/7 on-site Management team.

Our beautiful new 2100 sq ft condo is located in Vista Cay at Harbour Square and designed to ensure that all our guests experience sheer luxury and comfort. Our condo is fully equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday stay in Orlando the best experience. We have completely refurbished with new paint, carpet and imported Italian furniture. All rooms have overhead fans and Flat Screen TV's, including a 55” smart TV in the living area and 50” in the Den. The bedrooms all have deluxe beds with upgraded pillow top mattresses & luxury cotton sheets. Sleeps 8. The large master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe/closet as well as an en suite bathroom with an oversized bathtub and separate large walk in shower.

Our condo is situated on the 2nd floor with views over Lake Cake and a fully furnished patio. As the sun goes down you can enjoy watching the still waters and the amazing fireworks at Sea World. The condo also has Air Conditioning in all rooms, a huge separate laundry room with washer and dryer so you can pack light. The full size kitchen has beautiful granite worktops and is fully supplied with everything you might need including a Dishwasher, Double Refrigerator/Freezer, filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen also has a really handy breakfast bar with tall seating. There is a cosy separate Den where the kids can enjoy watching their own big screen TV.

The condo's building is serviced by two lifts.

A few minutes walk from the condo is a large supermarket (Publix) and a major drugstore (Walgreens) which has everything you'll need.

Within the fully air conditioned club house there is a movie theatre, a gym and a games room. There is also a resort shop with a DVD rental library which houses most of the new film releases.

The main resort pool is enormous with an infinity edge, and is surrounded by a multilevel deck, a kids splash pool, and a full-service Tiki Bar. A resort-sized Jacuzzi tub is adjacent to the pool. Alternatively, guests looking for a peaceful stroll may enjoy a walking path around the lakeside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
