A truly exceptional huge 3 bedroom, 4th floor condo in fabulous Vista Cay Resort, a quiet, safe and secure, gated community located just off International Drive, in the very best location and just minutes from everything Orlando has to offer. Walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and just 10 minutes from the Orlando International Airport makes this the ideal location for both business and leisure.

Professionally decorated and furnished to the highest standards creating a 5 star hotel experience yet with all the comforts of home. Previously only used by the owners a few weeks of the year this lovely condo is new to the rental market and in immaculate condition.

Fully equipped top-end kitchen with granite counter tops and brushed stainless steel appliances. You will find all you need to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal.

Spacious open-plan living/dining room with a relaxing seating area, counter height dining for up to 8, a granite topped breakfast bar and a cosy den with big screenTV, X-Box and games to keep the kids occupied.

This luxury condo offers the highest quality furnishings and many thoughtful touches to make it feel like a home rather than a rental. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a King sofa bed in the Den. Upgraded, pillow-top mattresses throughout, quality linens, large flatscreenTVs in all rooms and a flat screen 55" HDTV with 200+ channels in both living room and den!

The roomy furnished balcony come complete with sunsets and loungers and just requires long, cool drinks.

A short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, one block from all the excitement of Int'l Drive and just a few minutes drive to Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, world class shopping and over 200 restaurants.

You will also find a large supermarket (Publix), major drug store (Walgreens), liquor store and also restaurants at the edge of the resort.

Lin and Geoff are based on the resort and always available to help with advice, issues or to share local knowledge.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
