Welcome to our beautiful 2100 sqft condo located in fully gated and secured Vista Cay Resort on Universal Blvd.

This huge, bright, top floor, corner condo overlooking Lake Cay will make your holiday stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience ever.

Hands down the most stylish, luxurious Penthouse in the area, only rivaled by an over-priced and much smaller suite at the Ritz Carlton. Tiled and wood floors, granite and marble in the kitchen and baths, high ceilings, exquisite lighting and stylish furniture with uninterrupted lake views, plus SeaWorld fireworks.

We are walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center next door and just minutes to local attractions such as all of the theme parks, Disney Springs shopping and entertainment district, Universal City Walk, plus all of the world-famous water parks. World class shopping and hundreds of restaurants are only minutes away.

The huge loft-style living room offers 2 seating areas and a fab glass desk with lake view if you have to work while here. Cosy up with a book in the love seat or watch movies on the 60" Smart TV. Bring your Netflix account! We also offer a DVD player and PS2 console.

Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun while you watch eagles fishing for breakfast, or relax with a cool drink after a busy day at the theme parks. Firework from Seaworld (seasonal) and the entire horizon is a sound and light show for major holidays like July 4th or NY Eve.

The large gourmet kitchen has granite worktops throughout and stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal.

Next to the kitchen is a gorgeous dining room with seating for 6 where you can enjoy dining in or entertain friends or colleagues.

The large master bedroom has an imposing King leather bed, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, veiling fan, black out blind plus a huge en-suite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, large walk-in shower and WC.

The 2d and 3rd bedrooms are spacious and feature a king and a queen bed and black out blinds. They share a remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower.

Both bedrooms offer sumptuous pillow-top mattresses, good pillows, top quality linens and 32" flat screen TVs.

We offer a full size washer and dryer so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for outlet bargains.

So glad you enjoyed our condo! Thanks for your feedback. Altho the nearby construction doesnt start until 8 and will soon be finished, we agree that the trash pick up is early and can disturb, so we plan to add secondary glazing to the 2 side bedrooms which should take care of any noise issues.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
