ONLY FEW STEPS TO THE BEACH AND 2 MILES TO THE EXCITING VIRGINIA BEACH BOARDWALK

We are located in residential area on the Oceanside, which means there are no streets to cross to get to the beach...it is a quick 200 foot walk. It is safe and convenient, especially if you have children. Our beach is great for families...it is not overly populated.

The home is newly renovated. It has new floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, private deck and fenced-in yard. We have decorated it with high-end furniture and amenities. We also provide beach gear for your enjoyment and bikes (3), child stroller (double) and other furniture for kids.

Our home is basically sandwiched between the beach and a national park (First Landing) that has terrific trails for hiking and biking - the entrance to this park is at the other end of our street, opposite the beach.

From the moment you arrive, you will feel welcome and at home since this property designed with the whole family in mind. This beautifully decorated house offers 4 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. The house itself is spacious and ideal for families with children and/or couples. Beautiful, tasteful, comfortable furniture throughout - new mattresses, new living room furniture with reclining chairs, laminate floor, upgraded bathrooms, new granite kitchen counter top , playpen and highchairs for kids will make you enjoy all the comforts of home with the convenience and luxury of resort living.

Enjoy the ocean breezes in the beautiful landscaped private fenced yard of this fantastic home, keep an eye on your kids playing in the yard while preparing your dinner on gas grill.

Enjoy free weekly concerts and fireworks displays at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk as well as take advantage of the shopping, cafes and the assortment of attractions available within a 2-minute drive from our home. And don't forget to check out the Massage Institute only a few blocks away from us.

2. YOU MUST BE ST LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT OUR PROPERTY. WE WILL REQUIRE A PROPER ID WITH THE CONTRACT.
