Description

"La Bastide" was built in 1889 by Lord Salisbury, Prime Minister of the Queen Victoria. The Massa Family became the owners in 1947.

"La Bastide" is set in a five hectares of parkland where olive, lemon end oranges trees grow together with green oaks and cypress trees between the city of Nice and Monaco.

The property has a spectacular panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, Beaulieu sur mer and the Cap Ferrat.

Every studio has a south exposed terrace of 12m² with a wonderful view on the sea and the Cap Ferrat, a main room of 30m² with one double bed and AC, a kitchennette and a bathroom.

By feet you can go to Beaulieu sur mer it takes 12minuts to the train station and 15 minutes to the see but we recommend you to have a car.

The housekeepers live in the premises all around the year.

Also a TV can be provided on demand.

“Amazing Views!!!”

We stayed at La Bastide's studio apartment. It was perfect for my partner and I. The view was amazing from the balcony! It was our anniversary and we couldn't have spent it at a better place than the South of France and the apartment was a great base for us to get around with ease. Train station and buses very close. Beautiful grounds. Bit of a hike up the hill back to the studio though, but beautiful walk. Will be returning!!

How do damage deposits work?
