Description

Modern apartment right in the main square in Villefranche-sur-mer next to the Welcome Hotel. The Juliet balcony has a wonderful view of the sea and the apartment also has double glazed doors and air conditioning. Amelie is well equipped including a Nespresso Coffee machine, dining table, a comfortable sofa that can convert to a bed as well as a double divan upstairs and a flat screen TV to play DVD's, Apple TV box and WIFI

The many excellent restaurants, shops, beach and train station are all closely making it a truly wonderful holiday getaway!

Fabulous apartment! Great location! A real home from home. Wendy is very easy going and my late check out was much appreciated. There is so much more I could say but don't just take my word for it. Visit yourself. I will be recommending this place to all my Family and friends! Thank you!

“Perfect South of France Apartment”

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing 5 days in this apartment which is located in the scenic town of Villefranche-sur-Mer (in my opinion the best smaller town along the coast). It’s located right on the front by all of the restaurants and iconic cobbled street, there is a convenient car park opposite (€45 per day) or free parking over by the port (10 min walk). The apartment is nicely furnished with good views of the bay and nice cold air conditioning. Wendy was a really helpful host and replied very quickly, we would certainly recommend!

No surprises except a loo roll would have been appreciated. The flat is exactly as advertised and very good value. Great position and very clean. We enjoyed an excellent few days. Thanks Wendy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wendy (the owner) a message.

If Wendy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
