From the owner

Finca La Casilla is a beautiful property in lovely surroundings, and from the house there are marvellous views of surrounding hills and mountains. It is very reasonably priced, and offers many attractive features such as a fine fountain in a lovely marble patio in front of the house, a terrace covered with bougainvillea and other flowering shrubs, which overlooks the pool, extensive beautiful gardens, and an attractive lawn at the side of the swimming pool. The house is only 350m away from the lovely, friendly village of Villanueva De La Concepcion. It is in a sheltered position with the front of the house and the pool side kitchen facing east to catch the morning sunshine. The house is entered through security gates from the road up a 75m length drive with olive trees and flowers on either side.The covered terrace, referred to above, an ideal place for relaxation, overlooks the pool area below with the mountains as a backdrop.The swimming pool is curved in shape, 10m x 4m, with lights and reclining garden furniture and sun shades; beside the pool there is a 21m x 13m terrace tiled with handmade Andalucian floor tiles with the lawn, an attractive grassed space, on the far side of the pool.The whole area is enclosed with trimmed pine trees for total privacy.

There is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. There is an extra charge, paid locally, for using this room for one or two extra guests. Please ask if this is of interest to you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barry (the owner) a message.

If Barry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
