Just a 3 minutes walk from the apartment to the Campo de Golf Villamartin golf course and clubhouse.

Located on the first floor of the popular R1B Las Violetas complex opposite the villa martin plaza so nice and quiet this apartment is tastefully furnished with private balcony and open outlook. Golf course, Bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities are all within 3 mins walk.

WIFI available free of charge to all guests..

Bedroom 1

Master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower room & metered aircon.

TV in master bedroom for you to use netfix etc on your own account info

Two single beds. & metered aircon

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes


The family bathroom has bath with overhead shower.


The separate kitchen is well equipped with hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Living Room:

There is a British satellite system is installed for you entertainment so that you may still enjoy your favourite programs whilst away from home.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Towels and linen are included. Please advise if you wish to hire a 2nd set of bed linen at a cost of 6 euro per bed. We respectfully request that you provide your own beach towels for use around the pool or at the beach.


There are communal gardens to relax by the large communal pool where you can play in the water, or relax in the sun on the grass.

Across the road is Villamartin Plaza which is one of the oldest landmarks of the area and a main focal point with over 40 bars and restaurants to cater for all needs. We even have 2 banks, a grocery store, a really good doctor and entertainment during the summer on specified nights. The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2-minute walk away and many others within a few minutes’ drive as well.

This is a superbly located apartment providing a great base for couple or small families. The location of this villa makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday.

The location of this house means that car hire is not essential however recommend if you want to explore all that the southern Costa Blanca has to offer.

This apartment was beautifully clean and very spacious. I travelled with my husband and my elderly father, the apartment is on a lower floor so there weren’t too many steps for Dad to negotiate. Two bathrooms were an absolute godsend. The location is perfect for the Plaza, for taxis and the bus service. The communal pool is lovely and there were sun beds available in the apartment for us to use. Check in and check out was easy. Five stars

Probably the best apartment we've stayed in for size, cleanliness, location, pool and gardens. Great location for the Plaza but you'll need a car for the main shopping centre in La Zenia and the beaches.

The apartment is nice decorated. The resort is a relaxing place and the nights are very silent. Garden and pool are so nice and clean. For all the girls especially, the shopping mall/plaza and the beach is near the resort! :) Looking forward to visit this location very soon ❤

Great apartment, well done equipped. You will not have the feeling that you miss your home. possibility to cook when you don't visit the restaurants. Near balcony with a great view is a swimming pool for the days when you don't need sand. The palm trees are not missing from the Las Violetas area. Lots of possibilities: to visit the beaches, the golf club, plaza, clubs. Tabarca island is in the area too. One week is not enough for how many things you can do. The holiday was in one word AWESOME!

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zenia (the owner) a message.

If Zenia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
