New for Winter 2017 is a heated indoor pool and sauna so you can enjoy a swim all year round !

Here we have a fantastic first floor apartment in the Vista Azul 17 Community.  It is south facing and has superb views of the surrounding area and panoramic views of the sea.  Set in private grounds with landscaped gardens and a lovely communal swimming pool this apartment will make an excellent choice for your stay in the Costa Blanca.  With lift and stair access to the first floor this spacious property has been very well furnished with a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the guest bedroom.  Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has patio doors leading to the private covered balcony.  The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.  There is a second bathroom next to the guest bedroom and again this has a walk in shower.  The kitchen is fully fitted in a very modern style with high quality finishes and appliances including a dish washer and built in oven in a high housing and a window with great views over the neighbouring community swimming pool.  The open plan lounge is light and airy and has a dining area for four people, super fast broadband multimedia android box and IPTV from around the world.  Patio doors lead to the private covered balcony and the whole apartment has a ducted hot and cold air conditioning system.  In close proximity to all local amenities and La Zenia Boulevard and the local beaches, this property is ideally suited to ensure you have the perfect holiday !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
