Welcome to our new spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the famous Villamartin Plaza. Full of entertainment and fine dining you could not find a better home for your holidays. Being on the front of the plaza you have sea views and NO noise! Our home is a very large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. On entering you have a large American Style kitchen spacious enough to cook for man. The living room features a large “L” shape sofa to snuggle up on to enjoy the full UK TV package and FREE WIFI. What-s special about this home is the tremendous balcony. Glazed in for the winter you can open and enjoy the summer days as well. There is the dining area, a sitting area and another lounge area to enjoy the sunset with a glass of vino, as you do in Spain. There is a large double bedroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a very large family fully fitted bathroom. Being on the Villamartin Plaza makes this an ideal home to spend time in or pop downstairs and mix with all of the restaurants and bars plus the summer entertainment. Definitely a place to be!!!

About 50 feet away downstairs in the plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

There is a compulsory 60 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover.

We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Ask for a quote.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

Mr McF, I would like to say shocked but that is not strong enough! There are several points to this ridiculous review. First and foremost when you were checked in you were told that !ANY PROBLEM CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY" all of this is news to me as you only contacted about a broken shutter. In fact when the people came to fix this you stated all was fine, she was the cleaner! Next, properties in Spain are peoples private homes you are renting so obviously they have some of their own things in them and not near as much as you proclaim! Next the junk on the balcony was chairs! The step for the shower is about 4 inches high, really! Sorry you had a bad stay but the very many others that have stayed here have had a fantastic time, hence being fully booked this year. Thank you for the comment about using the agent and glad you enjoyed the area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
