Close to super Blue Flag beaches (10-15 minute drive). Locally there are shops, bars, banks and a large supermarket within walking distance. Additionally, there are numerous bars, restaurants and evening entertainment in the Villa Martin, Zenia Boulevard (largest shopping mall in the Alicante region), Via Park I & II, Los Dolces and Flamenca Beach developments to suit all tastes and within just 5 to 10 minutes drive.
With Torrevieja town just 10 minutes drive, elegant Elche just 30 minutes, gorgeous Alicante 40 minutes and the brights lights and numerous theme parks, zoos, pubs and clubs of Benidorm just over an hour from the apartment, all you could want in a holiday is practically on your doorstep!

Luxury and style is what's on offer in this beautifully appointed bungalow-apartment. The spacious living area provides comfort and plenty of seating with 3 deep leather sofas.
The side board houses the flat screen TV which has a UK TV package. A DVD player and portable stereo are also provided. Other furnishings include a matching coffee table and occasional table and a standard lamp.
Exquisite, aesthetically pleasing, pictures adorn the walls throughout the property together with mirrors and floor level floral decorations.
The oval extendable dining table with its 4 comfortable chairs is situated next to the open kitchen (extra seats available).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven and even a dishwasher.
Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, ion and ironing board and clothes airer.
All the necessary kitchen and household equipment is provided.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and wash hand basin.
The 2 bedrooms are spacious and once again very tastefully appointed.
The charming main bedroom offers a haven to relax. The opulent design comprises: super-king size bed which can be split into twin beds if required, in-built wwardrobe, 2 bedside tables and lamps and a matching 3 drawer tall boy.
The stylish and bright second bedroom has 2 single beds plus an additional pull out bed for guests. (Note: space is tight when the third bed is used)
This bedroom has a bedside table with lamp and a free standing wardrobe.

As this is the owners holiday home it is furnished to an extremely high standard. The owners would expect guests to take care of this property and it contents. This is a residential complex, so guests are expected to observe the Community Rules & Regulations which will be displayed in the apartment

The outside space is also very impressive with a front garden and off road parking and a large rear terrace with built in barbecue.
Up a flight of external stairs and you will find a huge sun roof measuring approximately 7m x 12m with dining area.

RESERVATIONS: To reserve accommodation a booking deposit is required. This is a non refundable deposit in the event of any cancellation so please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE: There is an additional 50 Euros local management charge for cleaning and laundry payable on arrival. (Welcome packs can be arranged for a small, additional cost)
WIFI: optional @ 10 euros per week, paid to agents
AIR CONDITIONING: optional @ 10 euros per unit per week, paid to agents.
LENGTH OF STAY: Minimum stay three days, flexible changeover days, long term lets considered. Rentals of three weeks or longer qualify for substantial reductions. Please enquire for details.

The Valenciana region
The Costa Blanca of Spain offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist amenities in Spain. It's excellent climate, blue flag beaches, championship golf courses and cultural richness offers something for everyone to enjoy. The Costa Blanca attractions have been further enhanced by the opening of Terra Mitica near Benidorm, one of the most modern and attractive theme parks in Europe.
The Costa Blanca climate is ideal for year round golf and other sports, including tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing, riding, go-karts, bowling greens and even hot air ballooning . In the evenings there is plently of nightlife to choose from, whether it's a quite meal in a delightful coastal restaurant or a memorable evening of entertainment.
The southern Costa Blanca is mostly flat with fine sandy beaches, palm trees and salt lakes. The south is much drier and more typical of what a person who had never visited Spain would expect to see.
It has something for everyone from tiny rural inland villages to cosmopolitan tourist resorts on the coast such as Benidorm. Alicante is a large vibrant town with a large marina and major department stores such as El Corte Ingles, where you can purchase designer clothes etc.
The "Orihuela Costa", part of the sunny Spanish Costa Blanca, is ideally situated for perfect holidays or short breaks at all times of year. The area is a popular destination for holiday makers and sportsmen from all over Europe, including Spain, giving Villamartin and Playa Flamenca a truly international feel. We have properties in both these areas.
The summers are dry and the winters very mild. It's claimed the area has more than 320 days a year of bright sunshine. The climate is generally slightly more agreeable than the rest of the Costa Blanca because the mountains being farther away from the coast, generate a pleasant breeze in the heat of the day. The Torrevieja Salt lakes help to make the area one of the healthiest places in Europe! - so says the World Health Organization.
Average temperatures range from approx. 18 deg C in January to 32 deg C in midsummer. It's ideal for golfing breaks throughout the winter period, with almost guaranteed supply of sunshine all year round.
Several blue flag beaches are within a short drive as are all the local amenities. There are Bars and Restaurants only a short walk away.
The nearest beaches: Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, are only a 10 to 15 minute car drive away and like many others in the area is comprised of small unspoilt coves with facilities on the beach or nearby.
GOLF AND SPORTS
The Villa Martin area is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige, within 2 to 5 minutes drive of the apartment. Facilities include : Club Hire; Caddie Car & Buggy Hire; Pro Shop; Driving Range; Putting Green; and Restaurant. The fabulous Villamartin is a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open. Campoamor, set amongst the palm and pine trees and Las Ramblas, another magnificent course, is a real test of your golfing ability. Within a 30 minutes drive radius, you can select from another 8 courses, each with it's own unique design, including the world famous La Manga and La Finca courses. All are challenging, but are most enjoyable to play.
Other sporting activities nearby include; Tennis, Horse Riding & various Watersports including sailing.
If the family would like a change from playing by the pool or on the beach why not visit the Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja (open summer months), safari park (near Elche/Santa Pola), underground caves (at Canelobre) or the funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer.
AQUAPOLIS water park is a wonderful day out for all the family; with Rapids, Kamikaze & Zig Zag water slides, Wave Pool, Swimming Pools & Infants Pool. Jacuzzi, Mini Golf, Restaurant, Cafeteria & lots more.
If you want a day away from the beach or golf courses, why not try a day in the beautiful countryside and enjoy the mountains, pine woods, olive and almond trees, orange and lemon groves plus 2 large salt lakes. The Salt lakes of Torrevieja are a favourite resting place for different varieties of migratory birds, particularly flamingo's.
Alternatively, why on take a trip to the beautiful, unspoilt, Isla Tabarca (Tabarca Island) from Torrevieja marina or a coast line boat trip. You can fish, or jet ski or go riding at the many riding stables around. There is also ten-pin bowling and even quad biking and go-karting for the more adventurous.
Recently opened is the spectacular La Zenia Boulevard, the largest Shopping Mall in the Alicante Province with over 150 shops, numerous restaurants, bowling and a casino. Just minutes away from the apartment, this is well worth a visit to pick up some novel items, dine under the stars or just browse.

"Vista Golf A real Home from Home"
My Wife and I visited and stayed at the Villa during March this year (2013) and was most impressed. Not only is this Villa in exceptional condition and very clean but is so central to everything you would need. shops and restaraunts are within walking distance and beech is a short drive away. The external facilities are as good as the internal and will definetly visiting again. Chris a big thanks and you should be very proud of the holiday and property provided.
