Pool area with an open air toilet. Pool clean and avalilable from March 1st to october 31st.

Tile pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters and with maximum depth 1,90m, .

Big 30.000 m2 land ,

Garden and large terrace for sunbathing.100% sustainable and ecological.

Due to its electricity sun pannels , there are some limitations of use of electrical machines. Electrical appliances needing more than 1.000 watts can not be used.

All the property is for your exclusive use.

THE LAND

The property is 2 km from the town of Villamanrique.

It has two entrances by two municipally owned roads in perfect conditions.

One path is one of the official routes of pilgrimage to the shrine of the “Virgin del Rocio”.

The land is in a place of great natural beauty. Excellent views, peace and quiet.

It is fully fenced with treated wood poles.

The perimeter is protected by plenty of native trees, carob trees, pines, cypresses, oleanders, mastic, rosemary, lavender, thyme, cork oaks, eucalyptus, gorse, olive trees ... etc.

Wild birds nest each year on the farm.

The fauna is rich and diverse, due to its situation on the edge of the Doñana National Park.

It is an excellent spot for bird watching. Especially interesting is the migration of geese in autumn and spring. They can be seen from the house crossing the sky.

Very suitable also for astronomical observation in its southern sky, which has very little light pollution due to the proximity with Doñana park.

2 km from Villamanrique and 45km from Seville.

30 km to the beaches of Matalascañas.

15 km to the village of “El Rocío” and 20 km to the reception center of the Doñana National Park

“The perfect property in a perfect location”

We have just returned from a week staying at El Montecillo and had a fantastic time. The house and the surroundings are just perfect - we particularly enjoyed the pool and the cleverly designed terraces which meant that we could stay cool throughout the day - even though is was 30 degrees and more every day! Juan was very helpful and friendly. He was there to welcome us, returned during the week to check that we were OK, and even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed to contact him - which we did when we needed help arranging a horse drawn carriage trip around Donana National Park (we were hindered by our limited Spanish, but it was no problem to Juan!). There is lots to do in the area - hiking, trips to the beach, visit to Seville - bu the tranquility of the property meant we spent most of our time relaxing and unwinding. Everyone we met were very friendly and eager to help. Thank you!
