Topfloor apartment OCEANFRONT is an algarvewaterfrontapartment apartment offering beautiful views both from the living room and the veranda of the lagoon of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve with the islands Culatra and Farol. The sunsets from the balcony are really spectacular.

The apartment is decorated in the same ambiance as nature and has a beachlike atmosphere.

On the roof of the building a swimming pool with sun terrace, shower and toilet for the residents of the hall. Of course it is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning with remote control (also used for heating and dehumidifying) and electric darkening blinds. In the kitchen: a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, a coffeemaker, toaster, steam iron, etc. There is a central vacuum system.

Next to beach towels, a beach umbrella, a cooler, bathrobes and a shopping trolley, all basic needs (toiletries, coffee/tea/sugar/spices, litter bags/paper towels/toilet paper, washing powder/dishwasher tablets etc. You have access to Dutch (via satellite) and English channels (via IPTV), LED TV, DVD player with a great selection of DVDs and WiFi. There is also a large number of books in different languages.

Free of charge: cot, high chair, baby bath etc.

Payment of the rental fee has to be in Euros. Security deposit: € 150, to be paid in cash on arrival and to be returned in cash on departure, of course if no damages have occurred. Cost for an extra guest 3rd guest €7 per day.

Starting day in consultation.The normal cost for air conditioning and heating are included in the rent. Excessive use will be charged extra at cost.

The islands with its beautiful beaches and the nature, combined with the marina and lively boulevard with an abundance of shops, cafes, bars, excellent restaurants and the local market halls, as well as the 5 star Real Marina Hotel & Spa next door make this a perfect holiday destination.

Why can't I call Sophie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sophie (the owner) a message.

If Sophie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
