Description

WATERFRONT is an algarvewaterfrontapartment with 1 bedroom beautifully situated in the Village Marina complex. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (2 elevators) and has beautiful views to the Salinas (salt pans) with flamingos and storks, Faro and the mountains of the hinterland from the balcony and the living room.

The apartment is fully furnished in Moroccan style, combining the best of two worlds: perfect for a romantic holiday in Moorish atmosphere, but with the conveniences and luxury of the western world. There is a swimming pool with sun terrace (with loungers), shower and toilet for the residents of the hall on the roof of the building.

It is of course fully equipped. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning with remote control (also used for heating) and electric darkening shutters. In the kitchen next to a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, a coffeemaker, toaster, steam iron, etc. There is a central vacuum system.

You have access to Dutch (via satellite) and English channels (via IPTV), LED TV, DVD player with a great selection of DVDs and WiFi. There is also a large number of books in different languages.

Cot, high chair, baby bath etc. provided free of charge.

Exta bed for a 3rd guest: € 7 per day.

“We've already booked again for next year”

We had an extended stay in Olhao to escape the London winter. The apartment was exceptional - much more homely than is the norm in a holiday rental. The views of the Ria Formosa are spectacular particularly at sunset and we kept binoculars handy to observe the comings and goings of the birdlife and clam pickers throughout the days. S & W are friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts - intervening to provide language assistance when we needed to find healthcare. Olhao itself is intriguing - it has its own solid local life which is a treat to join in with. Recommended unreservedly.

“Relaxing in Olhao”

This was our first time in this apartment and hope it won't be our last. We found the apartment to be homely with lots of little extras, immaculately clean and comfortable. Sophie & William gave us a warm welcome and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were there for a month and really didn't want to leave. So hopefully we will be back next year. We highly recommend this apartment and say again, thank you, Sophie & William for a brill holiday.

Having stayed in this apartment on several occasions we love it so much that we keep coming back. It is a beautiful homely apartment a relaxing haven. Nothing is too much trouble for Sophie and Willem who go out of their way to provide everything their guests require for a stress free holiday. Looking forward to going back next year again.

This beautiful and attractively furnished apartment is highly recommended. Very complete, equipped with all comforts, luxury kitchen and bathroom. Many extras: shopping trolley, bathrobes, beach umbrellas, cooler, juicer etc. Even all basic needs are present. > There is a magnificient view from the balcony, over the lagoons with flamingos and storks towards Faro. The sunsets are amazing! > The owners Sophie and Wim welcome you with a nice drink and they can tell you everything you want to know about the Algarve.

“Very good apartment, shame about the noisy road.”

This was our first time in this part of the Algarve. We found the Waterfront apartments well situated for golf courses and excellent local Tapas bars. We spent many evenings on the spacious terrace with stunning views over the River Formosa and salt marshes. However, this was all spoilt by the continuous road noise from wake-up until the end of the day. It really detracted from our enjoyment. The very well equipped apartment for us, lacked one essential item, that we forgot to pack - a pair of binoculars. The bird life on the salt marshes was excellent and required close up observation.

This has been our 4th time staying in this beautiful apartment. What brings us back every time is the warm welcome we receive from Willem and Sophie nothing is too much trouble for them. The apartment is situated close to all amenities and has stunning views of the marina and nature reserve. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a home away from home in the most relaxing surroundings. Can't wait to go back in June 2018.

This is a fantastic apartment and Olhao was a big surprise. The apartment was beautifully decorated. It is finished to a high standard and with a balcony view to die for. I would highly recommend this apartment. Sophie and Wim can't help you enough. They are only a phone call away and always on hand with great info. Walking around the town you would always find a café or bar to chill out. There were many restaurants and food was very good. O BOTE was our favourite. We did not get to the Islands but there is always next year. My wife and I have been in the Algarve many times. We have always found the people are very friendly. The people of Olhao were the friendliest we have come across. We are already looking to go back to Olhao. We will back to this special apartment or one of Sophie and Wim's other apartments which look just as good.

We stayed in this apartment iin mid April for one week. It is a fabulous apartment with all mod cons and stunning views .The location is perfect for exploring the area.Great restaurants and easy access to the ferries to get to the islands. Sophie and Willim could not have been more helpful. We will definitely return !!!.

My partner, and myself stayed in the one bedroom apartment for one week, and could not be more pleasantly surprised at how well furnished, and the location of the apartment. We have booked for June, and would highly recommend this apartment for staying in Olhao. Lots of nice resturants,easy to travel around the area by train or coach. Sophie, and Wimm could not be more helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
