From the owner

WATERFRONT is an algarvewaterfrontapartment with 1 bedroom beautifully situated in the Village Marina complex. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (2 elevators) and has beautiful views to the Salinas (salt pans) with flamingos and storks, Faro and the mountains of the hinterland from the balcony and the living room.

The apartment is fully furnished in Moroccan style, combining the best of two worlds: perfect for a romantic holiday in Moorish atmosphere, but with the conveniences and luxury of the western world. There is a swimming pool with sun terrace (with loungers), shower and toilet for the residents of the hall on the roof of the building.

It is of course fully equipped. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning with remote control (also used for heating) and electric darkening shutters. In the kitchen next to a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, a coffeemaker, toaster, steam iron, etc. There is a central vacuum system.

You have access to Dutch (via satellite) and English channels (via IPTV), LED TV, DVD player with a great selection of DVDs and WiFi. There is also a large number of books in different languages.

Security deposit 150 (in € or £) to be paid in cash on arrival and to be refunded in cash on departure, of course if no damages have occurred.

Cot, high chair, baby bath etc. provided free of charge.

Exta bed for a 3rd guest: € 7 per day.

Why can't I call Sophie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sophie (the owner) a message.

If Sophie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
