This is a luxury furnished apartment. Fully equipped, and comprising of Lounge/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a large balcony, air-conditioned cooling and heating. Windows are double glazed with electric blackout shutters. Located in a prime position of Olhao, next to the 5* marina hotel, and it's facilities. Take a ferry to the islands of Armona, Culatra, and Farol where you will find golden sandy beaches with restaurants and bars. Shop in the weekly markets or search for bargains amongst the narrow streets of the town centre. By car or train the rest of the Algarve is easily accessable from Olhao.

50% deposit payable on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booked less than 8 weeks before arrival the full amount is required immediately. Payment accepted in Euros (into Portuguese Bank Account). A breakages/damages/loss of keys deposit of €200 is required with the final payment, this will be refunded in full provided there are no key replacement/damage costs.

Please enquire for changeover day, we are flexible. Arrival time will normally be after lunch, and departure from the apartment will be 10 a.m. This will be flexible depending on other guest departing and arriving. The rate for two people sharing is for two people sharing one bedroom.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
