Mansarda sita al 3° piano di una piccola palazzina di proprietà in zona residenziale a Villa Rosa di Martinsicuro, adiacente hotel Rivadoro, a 200 mt dalla spiaggia, non dotata di ascensore ma è presente l' aria condizionata.

L'appartamento è composto da 2 spaziose camere da letto, un bagno con ampia cabina doccia, una cucina/soggiorno abitabile con tavolo e 6 sedie, frigo/congelatore, TV schermo piatto, divano in pelle 3 posti.Terrazzo abitabile dotato di: tenda parasole, 2 lettini prendisole, tavolo e sedie, ombrellone e locale lavanderia, lavatrice ed aspirapolvere.

La zona è fuori dal centro abitato, è ad 1 km da tutti i maggiori servizi (centro commerciale, farmacia ecc.) ed è situata vicino ad una grande spiaggia facilmente accessibile anche a piedi, sia attrezzata che libera.

Lenzuola e asciugamani non inclusi, si forniscono se richiesti con prezzo a parte.

Forniamo ai nostri ospiti anche l'ombrellone nel caso scegliessero di andare in spiaggia libera.

Gli ospiti saranno accolti personalmente da me,riceveranno le chiavi e tutte le informazioni di cui necessitano. Se lo vorranno, posso fornire asciugamani e lenzuola ( un set di asciugamani a testa per settimana ) previo avviso e con pagamento a parte. In osservanza delle norme anti coronavirus,ogni volta che gli ospiti andranno via, l'appartamento verrà sanificato con l'utilizzo di igienizzanti a base di cloro e alcool e i cuscini verranno cambiati; il materasso sarà coperto da un telo sopra in cotone e sotto impermeabile che verrà sostituito per i nuovi ospiti. Sono presenti tutte le stoviglie, le pentole e le posate..C'è un' aspirapolvere e ci sono dei ventilatori in ogni stanza. Sul terrazzo ci sono 6 sedie ed un tavolo in legno.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carla (the owner) a message.

If Carla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
