Living amplio con Juego de 3 sillones y mesa ratona.

Baño grande principal completo con bañera y termotanque de mayor tamaño.

Baño chico completo con ducha y termotanque Mediano.

Habitación con una cucheta para dos personas.

Habitación con una cama de dos plazas para dos personas.

Habitación extra grande con una cama de dos plazas y dos marineras para dos personas cada una (opcional: una cuna y un catre para colocar en la habitación que corresponda).

La casa cuenta con dos baños completos (uno de ellos posee ducha, el otro bañera), living, sala de estar, tres dormitorios, comedor y cocina. En el exterior cuenta con un deck – mirador con vista parcial del Lago Nahuel Huapi, al Cerro Macal y a la peninsula de Quetrihue.

Los espacios que integran la vivienda son amplios y luminosos, y se disponen de manera funcional para su uso cotidiano. La zona de comedor, claramente diferenciada dentro de la estancia, se ha previsto cerca de la amplia cocina, con la que cuenta con una comunicación directa. La zona de dormitorios se distribuye en dos bloques: uno situado en planta baja y los otros dos en un entrepiso. Los cuartos de baño están situados estratégicamente para poder dar servicio tanto a los dormitorios, como a las zonas de día de la casa.

El ingreso y la zona parquizada cuentan con muy buena iluminación y acceso sencillo para los vehículos, considerando que la construcción se desarrolla en altura, permitiendo el estacionamiento de los mismos en un playón posterior.

CRITERIOS ESTÉTICOS y ENTORNO

La idea general de la edificación, que se trasluce al exterior es que éste se integre perfectamente en la zona y, por ello, se emplea una construcción basada en materiales y técnicas constructivas tradicionales de la zona.

Se priorizó que todo ello quedara identificado con el entorno natural del bosque, preservando en el parquizado el desarrollo de la vegetación nativa, con moderada introducción de otras especies a fines estéticos. Se busca hacer de ésta una casa de montaña, que poniendo el acento en la calidez y sencillez, permita disfrutar al visitante de la imponente belleza del entorno natural que ofrece la Villa, invitando al descanso y la relajación.
