The two bedroomed spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Old Village Prestige development completed in 2005.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped, spacious and sleeps four.
Air conditioning units, which both cool in summer or warm in winter, are positioned in both bedrooms and the lounge to add to your comfort.

Most visitors to the apartment comment on the large terrace area which is conveniently situated next to the shared swimming pool.

Leaving by the front door of the apartment takes you straight into the "Old Village" with its manicured grounds and traffic free walkways.

Restaurants, cafe/ bars, a mini supermarket and a childs play area are all to be found in the Old Village.
Internet access is available in the "Old Village."

Flat screen TV - Satellite Cable connected to many stations including Sky Sports Channels 1-4, Eurosport, ESPN, & Terrestrial channels

The Algarve region

Situated on the extreme South of Portugal, this charming region, with its idyllic temperatures is ideal for playing golf and other sports. The hills to the northern part of the Algarve shelter the coast from strong winds.

Summers are hot and dry and winters are mild with hardly any rain (50 days with rain and 500 mm on average each year), combined with very inviting Springs and Autumns. A pleasant sea breeze refreshes the average annual temperature of the region, which is 17,7ºC (15ºC in January and up to 28ºC or more in July and August). The Algarve can also count on around 3,000 hours of Sun during the year which makes it a favourite destination .

The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up as you head further west by extraordinary rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes.

Vilamoura

Many of the Algarve's resorts have grown in a rather chaotic fashion around a pre-existing town or village. Not so in Vilamoura. This is a relatively modern, purpose-built resort where everything has been planned and designed with the visitors pleasure in mind. The huge range of facilities available makes it a very popular destination for families seeking stress-free fun.

At the heart of Vilamoura is the large marina which has the capacity to berth over 1,000 vessels of various sizes.
A promenade runs around the Marina alongside which are numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. A large casino is nearby. At the far corner of the marina, it is possible to charter boats for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending. Close to the apartment are also a number of sports clubs including tennis, lawn bowling, horse riding, a shooting range and many night clubs. As a consequence of properties in Vilamoura being mostly privately owned, the town is very well designed and maintained.

To the east of Vilamoura within walking distance is the fishing harbour and old town of Quarteria with daily markets for fish and vegetables with a Gypsy market every Wednesday.

“A fantastic apartment in a lovely area of Vilamoura”

I would recommend this apartment to anyone with a young family, great facilities in an amazing location of the old village. 10 out of 10! We’ll be back..

Lovely two bedroom apartment with full air conditioning. Kitchen with all mod cons and washing machine. Large terrace with sun loungers with direct access to the pool. Great location, only a 10-15 walk to the marina.

Really nice apartment inside and out with excellent location with it being on the ground floor near to pool and lawned area. Great for small children as area is safe and well secured. Restaurant and bar staff were mostly polite and helpful apart from the retaurant located adjacent to reception the name of which I cannot recall. The guy at the Buccaneer near to this apartment needs to take a holiday too as he needs cheering up badly. Someone have a word.
