This apartment is my really lovely and very comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment, well-equipped and stylishly furnished with a perfect south facing view over the lovely grounds and pool area, and located within easy walking distance of the Marina and centre, Pinhal golf course and the Hilton Hotel. Sleeps 4 people plus an infant (the apartment has its own travel cot). Rental licence no: 24749/AL.

The apartment has a double bedroom with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes and a smaller twin bedroom with air-conditioning. It has a brand new family bathroom with large walk-in shower cubicle, full bath with shower-over, vanity unit and WC. Also a guest cloakroom with vanity unit and WC.

The bright and spacious open-plan lounge diner, has a SMART TV with UK TV channels (via Satellite), DVD and a speaker with docking station to enable you to enjoy your own music etc. There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, and a lovely view through the wall-length patio doors which open onto the private terrace and garden, with direct access over the lawns to the swimming pool area.

There is a large communal pool just visible and easily accessed from the apartment with a small children’s pool too.

There is a cafe, bar, hairdresser/beautician and a SPAR supermarket within the Locality and it is around a 15-20 minute stroll to the Vilamoura Marina and beaches, or you could take the tourist train which passes by regularly in the summer.

Please note the apartment is on the ground level with no steps or lifts to negotiate so is well suited to young families and guests with mobility challenges.

The apartment has underground parking as well as street parking areas.

The apartment is principally a cherished holiday home for my family, but is also rented out using a professional, local management company who will meet and greet all guests and provide local support during your holiday.

Lovely apartment which is modern, comfortable, spacious and renovated to a high standard- we particularly liked the new bathroom. We spent a lot of time on the patio/terrace which is well furnished. The marina is a pleasant 20 minute walk- a bit too far for us at night with a young baby but nice during the day. There is a lovely coffee shop/bar in the complex which is open from 8-8; great for drinks and snacks. We went to two great restaurants nearby - Rios and Opirata. Food and service in both were really excellent. Also worth a mention is the owners local contact Jackie- she met us at the apartment, showed around and gave us some great tips on the neighbourhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend the apartment and the location

“Beautiful apartment”

This stylish apartment has everything for the perfect holiday and we thoroughly recommend it. Fitted to a high standard with a very impressive bathroom and walk in shower. The lounge is spacious with open plan kitchen and dining which seemed to be remakably cool. An easy 20 min walk to the marina and golf courses within a few minutes drive. Pinhal could even be walked. The apartment's private garden has good quality furniture and views of the large pool which is set in well tended communal grounds. Jackie the local agent made sure everything was to our satisfaction and the communication with Sue the owner was excellent. Vilamoura is great for families or couples, we love it and will be back to this apartment very soon.
