This Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment Sleeps 2-4 People.
It has a nice south facing balcony facing the large swimming pool and nice gardens.
This apartment has a great bakery and supermarket within a minutes walk. It's then 5 minutes walk from the marina, with its wonderful bars and restaurants and it's just 10 minutes stroll to the beach. It has been recently refurbished, with air conditioning, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. There's private parking.
There is one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge with 2 single beds, there's a fully equipped kitchenette and a great living room that accesses the pool facing balcony with a table and 4 chairs.

It would suit couples, golfers, families with children, etc.
It's available for long term rentals also

What a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. This apartment has all the comforts of home and overlooks the lovely private swimming pool. The supermarket is a minute walk away, the fabulous beach is just down the road and the marina with all its wonderful restaurants and bars just 5 minutes walk. What more could you want!

How do damage deposits work?
