This two bedroom apartment is situated in Marina Gardens, a unique complex of only 24 apartments literally 5 metres from the waters edge! The best views in Vilamoura are guaranteed.

A key feature of the apartment is the large balcony area for dining or relaxing whilst soaking up the daily routines of marina life.

Breakfast on the balcony is the time to watch the boats being prepared for the days excursions, Evening is a time to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset as the boats return to berth. There is always something to see as the warm sun moves through the sky.

The apartment has been described as the best location in Vilamoura, It offers the waters edge view but is located above shops and not bars. This is important as it is much more peaceful at night than other apartments on the Marina.

The swimming pool is elevated and gives "infinity" views over the Marina, truly a unique way to watch the sun go down. Spacious and comprising of outside toilets and showers, the pool area is never overcrowded even during busy summer months. A short 5 minutes walk to the nearby Falesia beach ensures something for all family members and tastes.

***The apartment is always in high demand, we recomend early booking. We also request a check-out time of 10.00am and a check-in time of 3.00pm to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment to the highest standard.

***If no other booking is registered for your check out day, you may request a late check out for a fee of £30.00 to a maximum of 6.00pm.

***No smoking in the apartment.

***The property maybe reserved subject to availability and upon reciept of a 20% deposit. Final payments must be recieved 8 weeks prior to your arrival, or at time of booking.

For those looking for sun sand and sea, there are 2 beaches, one on either side of the marina which have all the water sports you can handle, from pedalos to jet skis, and Para sailing.

In the evening there are countless restaurants ranging from the traditional Portuguese Cafe serving sardines, to Michelin star extravagance. With the Casino hosting many evening shows from Russian Ballet to Hugo Iglesias there’s never a dull moment. After all this, there are a number of night clubs which are open through the night to make Vilamoura a vibrant all day, all year long haven for enjoyment and relaxation.

“Week by the Marina”

Family of 5 stayed for week in August. Great place, unbeatable location by the marina. 2 mins from lovely beach. Highly recommend.

Some friends and I hired the above apartment for a change instead of stopping in a hotel on one of our golf trips to Vilamoura and as the title says it was a great apartment in a fabulous location over looking the Marina ( you could see everybody walking past on a night looking up enviously as we had a quick beer on the balcony before we headed out ) the Guy who owned the apartment was very helpful from start to finish,even recommending a taxi driver for us to transport us about !! There was also a nice sized pool which was one of the only ones that looked over the marina . It was a one minute walk down some steps to get onto the marina so everything was on your doorstep . It also had two bathrooms which was a nice surprise and it made things easier as there were four of us in the two twin rooms and one on the bed settee . In summary if there is only a small group of you going away this is much better than stopping in one of the hotels and closer to all the amenities of the marina aswell !!
