Beautiful Villa, Os Pinheiros. We have a semi detatched three twin bedroom villa for rental ( 2 bedrooms on the middle floor and the master bedroom on the top floor with sun terraces front and back of the house) There is ample room for up to six or can double up to twelve people (12 beds) as the villa can be opened up if need be.

The house has AIR CON in the rooms, CABLE TV and FREE WIFI. The house is in a quiet area and within WALKING distance to the busy Vilamoura MARINA, full of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets....

The property has a large kitchen/dining lounge area giving a light and airy feel to your holiday. Attached to the lounge is a large front balcony.

There is a large pool area, equipt with sunloungers and a comfortable seating area as well as a good size BBQ area with seating for 8 or more. The pool is sometimes shared depending on time of the year with another family. Please note the pool is deep at one end and children should never be left alone when swimming.

The property management live onsite, and are here to help and advise on local activities, restaurants, etc. As well as preparing the property for your stay, they provide cleaning and property maintenance during your stay. They are there to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The property is perfect for family holidays and large golfing groups with nearby beaches and golf courses. There is also a fitness track within walking distance to the house.

For GOLFING GROUPS out there, Jay is a professional golf instructor, that can help with any golf queries, greens fees or golf equipment to hire.

We also offer a private airport transfer to and from the villa.

A security deposit of £200 -- €200 is required on arrival and returned on departure.

30% deposit required on booking and final payment if done via bank transfer 3 weeks before arrival. If cash payment will be arranged on arrival.

Getting around

There are bikes to hire at the house to make it very easy to get about. A bus station 3 km away that travels to faro. Plenty of taxis are available in the area. Nearest train station is Louie for further afield trips

Management do live on site and there for any problems that may pop up. You will not see them much and are there primarily to assist with anything you might need.

This is our second year at the villa and have to say we love it , you don't need a car everything is within walking distance. Jay was in constant contact if we needed anything and arranged the transfers etc . We went as a group of 6 girls and they all said they want to go back, if you are looking for a villa in vilamora this is the one to book xxxx

“Great Villa close to Vilamoura Marina”

Having stayed close by to this property a few years back u knew the location already (and time to get to marina / beech etc.. So for me location was perfect. Its a 10 min walk to the Marina and maybe 15 to the Beach. There is a local Spar not too far away and a larger supermarket Jaffers not far from that too. The area is a very quiet residential area which was perfect for us. So I booked this with Jay who was my main contact until we arrived. From the first enquiry to the arrival everything was very smooth, On arrival we met Gill and Trevor and they were very accommodating. The house is dated but very clean, tidy and had everything that we needed. There were three double bedrooms and we travelled with my parents and a 3 year old so plenty of room. The pool area again was all ok, the pictures show slightly nicer poolside furniture that what was actually there but that's not really a problem. Whilst the owners live on site we only ever saw them if we needed them (which wasn't much). Bedrooms are A/C which helped given it was high 20's !!! So the only negatives and these really are not that bad is that there is no oven (not really an issue as we wanted to eat out at night and there is a bbq near the pool which we used) and there is a slight hill going up to the property. Again we knew this from last time we visited the area so wasnt a worry for us. Would I go back - yes of course the owners and property are great and we really enjoyed our stay. Now back to work!!!

Highly recommend a stay at Os Pinheiros, the owners Jill and Trev were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Villa is in a quiet location but close enough to walk to the marina and the bars and restaurants, the villa is lovely, spotlessly clean and has everything that you need. There is a lovely pool for cooling off and plenty of outside space to sit and relax. We have stayed here many times and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Vilamoura. Os Pinheiros is the place to stay. We all enjoyed our stay and In the words of our nephews, “it was awesome”.

“An excellent place to stay!”

As described the property is a semi-detached house with a shared pool. The house is in very good condition and has all the amenities you could wish for, except an oven and a washing m/c. We were particularly pleased that each bedroom had it's own en-suite shower room and toilet. Gill and her husband, who look after the place, are very nice people and are very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and very peaceful - a pleasure to relax in! The only statement I would argue with is that there is no need for a car - this is true if you don't mind quite long walks in the heat of summer - but we had a car and were pleased that we did! We stayed for 17 days and enjoyed every minute. We totally recommend the property.

A lovely traditional house. As a family of 6 we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying at Os Pinheiros. Communication was fantastic by Jill whilst booking our holiday, even calling us from Portugal. It was great to know they were on hand during our stay if we had an problems, not that we did. The pool setting with BBQ was just perfect. Only short walk to the marina for the shops and restaurants and a short €10 taxi ride to the water park. Somewhere we will definitely choose again.

We travelled with three generations of family from 18 to 81. The villa was perfect, spacious well maintained and an ideal location. Pool area was wonderful and well kept. Host Trevor and Jill could not do enough for us. Would go back again in heart beat.

Top quality accommodation in a superb house near golf courses, beach and marina. Immaculately kept pool, BBQ, terraces and gardens for for chilling privately in the sun. Hosts Trevor and Jill can not do enough for guests and ensure a wonderful welcome and local knowledge on golf, kite surfing and cycling activities. We will definitely be back!
