Welcome to this wonderful country house for 4 people. It's located between Vilafranca de Bonany and Manacor.

The exterior area is wonderful. There is a beautiful chlorine pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.2 to 1.7 metres, as well as a furnished porch next to it where you can enjoy the good weather by a glass of wine. You will also find sun loungers in order to bask in the sun and an exterior shower to quickly cool down. Another furnished porch with a table and chairs is perfect to your summer evening dinners and barbecues. The property, within a rural environment, is fenced and offers total privacy.

Inside, the spacious living room, open to the dining room and kitchen, is an ideal space to be together with family or friends. The living area is the space for relaxation and tranquillity, with comfortable sofas and satellite television. The kitchen, in Majorcan style, is practical and has all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook like at home, glass-ceramic cooker, oven and so on. The house has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other with two single beds. Both have air-conditioning, wardrobe and space for a cot and high chair. Then there is a second bathroom with shower that serves the whole flat, and the laundry room which is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, there are two fans in case you need them.

The location of this property is ideal to know the agriculture in the island. Vilafranca de Bonany is a small village where you will feel its charm everywhere, from the little grocery shops with local vegetables and fruits to the traditional Mallorcan bars and restaurants. On the contrary, Manacor - which is also very near- boasts more shops and a livelier atmosphere. The property is located between this two towns, 4.4 km away from Vilafranca and 7 km away from Manacor. If you want to visit the beach, the nearest one is in Porto Cristo, about 25.3 km away.

Welcome to this cosy house in the countryside, near Manacor. This house was remodelled in 2014; it has 126 m2 and capacity for 4 people (plus 2 extra if necessary). The furniture and equipment are completely new.

There are 2 bedrooms: one en suite bedroom with a double bed and another one with two single beds. Both rooms have enough space to put a cot and have AC. There is a sofa-bed for 2 people. The house has another shower room.

The open kitchen is equipped with: blender, coffee machine, juice maker, kettle, microwave, cutlery, fridge and a lot more. In the living room you will find a big table and comfy sofas to relax after a day full of activities. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The exteriors are really nice: swim at the 8 x 4 meters pool, sunbathe, enjoy the sunset or have a BBQ with your friends in the furnished porch.

The house is located in a 32.000 m2 plot in a rural area, the perfect place if you want to know the real Mallorca. Vilafranca (5 km) is a little town well-known for its agriculture. Manacor (7 km), on the other hand, has a huge shopping and leisure offer. Porto Cristo is the nearest beach, only 20 km.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

How do damage deposits work?
