The ideal property for a maximum of 4 people, the room has a queen bed, wardrobe with hangers, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning w / control,. It has internet, workbench with chair for notebook, 4 pillows, curtain in room / blackout. In the bathroom it has had support for toilet paper, mirror, bin, paper bin, towel and bath towel holder and cupboard under the sink. The kitchen has top and bottom cabinets, 4-burner stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, mixer, coffee maker, glassware, plates, cutlery, pots, cups, squeegee, broom, dustpan, pail and floor cloth, door soap and bushing, dish drainer, water filter, pots for food storage. In the living room has TV 32 smart with control, ceiling fan, sofa bed, breakfast bench with 3 stools, curtain with blackout. Balcony with views of the sea and the city, with table and 4 chairs. It is equipped so that you, or your family and / or friends can prepare meals and have the rest deserved after a day of beach or visit to the tourist sites of the city, among other things. The apartment is located in a region of beautiful beaches, close to kiosks, fishmongers, supermarket, shopping, pharmacies, hospital, bar with live music, bakery, restaurants, snack bars, taxi cabs nearby, going and coming everything within reach, has a boardwalk great for walking. The building has 24 hour concierge and leisure on the roof. House rules

It is not ideal for children, because it has no screen, nor for animals. You can not drink in the pool area, and no pets and no smoking in public areas. The building does not have a free laundry, but you will soon have one paid in the same building. When descending with beach clothes it is of utmost importance that it is by the service elevator and get off at the G2, entrance and exit of bathers. It is important to know that garbage dumps are on garages floors g1; g2; g3; and g4.
