Description

The landscape from the terrace, surprises us with the view of the Douro River and the elements classified by the Unesco's heritage, the Church and monastery of Serra do Pilar, Luis and Porto Cathedral bridge.

The terrace also you can see on the left bank of the River, the historic area of Vila Nova de Gaia and the wine cellars do Porto that spans across the slope. The first Winery is 100 metres from the apartment.

The view on the right bank of the River allows the observation of one of the most interesting landscapes Portuguesas, the historic centre of the city of Porto, only a 30-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

It will take less than 10 minutes walk downhill until you reach the shore of the river. Not a cruise on the Douro?

On the back of the building there is an area with trees and small density of construction.

In a very quiet area, with bus stop 100 metres and enough space to park your car, you can enjoy the visit to the region in the best way.

“A Good Choice”

Had a wonderful 12 days. On booking, given excellent information re buses and metro on how to get to the apartment which was spacious, well equipped,,clean and met all our needs.Good location to see the city.Enjoyed the view from the balcony.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rui (the owner) a message.

If Rui (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
