“Great location for a carefree relaxing holiday”

Perfect location, couple minutes walk from Miramar beach, local shops or train. The house is great, large open plan, newly decorated living/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The garden, which is front and back, is attractive and safe. We had a toddler with us and it was perfectly safe for him to play outside and wander around the garden without constant supervision. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a good size double bed (no wardrobe), the other two with large wardrobes/storage, however these rooms had one single bed/two single beds which may not be entirely suitable for large adults. The baby cot was great. Two bathrooms both of good size, one with a shower the other with a bath and shower. Access by car and parking at the house is simple. On arrival at the house it was already stocked with a suitable arrangement of household cleaning products and toiletries, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc. A cleaner came to service the house midway during our stay and changed the bedding and the large selection of bath and beach towels. The owner of the property and his wife have been very friendly and have responded to any queries we have had quickly. The location is perfect, a quiet, tree lined street which opens out onto the village square with its beautiful fountains and playground. The house is two minutes walk to local shops (fresh bread/vegetables, general groceries), a few minutes to the train station and a couple of minutes walk past cafes to the beach. There is a larger supermarket a couple of minutes drive away too. There is a long coastal running/cycling track and beach walkway stretching to the North and South and you can have beautiful walks to other beaches/towns or an evening stroll to view the sunset. In Miramar there is a choice of simple snack bars/restaurants, which have good food at very reasonable prices and we recommend the sea food restaurant just at the Northern edge of Miramar for something a little bit more special. We would recommend this property to anyone, especially couples or families with small children as they may appreciate it more fully.
