A cozy and quiet 65 msq. apartment which comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment conveniently located less than 500 metres from iconic Stephensplatz and Donau Kanal, overlooks the lush peaceful oasi of Rudolfsplatz square. This is a safe and vibrant area walking distance from many restaurants, shops and wine bars.

Elegantly decorated the flat features:

> Air condiotioned Living area with sofa bed and Flat TV providing a great range of international channels and Free WI-FI throughout the apartment

> Modern kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, kettle, micro wave, toaster and Nespresso machine. All pots and pans, as well as cutlery, dishes and other cooking utensilies are also provided.

> Double bedroom with a 180x 200cm boxspring bed technology.

> Separate toilet and bathroom fitted with tub and shower. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

A valid ID/PASSPORT copy is required as a part of our check-in procedure.

PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and no extra guests are allowed at all times.

We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if other reservations are attended on the same day of your arrival/departure.

Why can't I call Salvatore (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Salvatore (the owner) a message.

If Salvatore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
