The apartment is located in the very heart of Vienna, at Spittelberg, near the most interesting museums and historical buildings, that form the character of this fascinating city.
The historical Vienna's 1st district, a few minute walk from here takes you to the historic city center, to the best-known museums, monuments and cultural sites (opera, concert halls, theatres), and to the Hofburg and Vienna’s royal public gardens and parks. The Spittelberg, the very area the apartment is situated in, offers something for every taste. In summer time there are all these restaurant terraces and pub gardens on the little streets, as well as festival activities and the pubs open late night. And even in winter time it is the cozy restaurants and pubs, plus the popular Spittelberg Christmas Market which are charming and inviting. All the yearlong, this district is a part of the city that invites you to wonder around and meet the people, on the street or inside the various little shops, restaurants, pubs and “Cafés”. It is modern, artistic, design, antique and traditional at once – so very Viennese, in fact. And you will live the real Viennese atmosphere, the modern and the historical one.

Nearby key attractions:
- Museumsquartier: the Viennese art and culture complex, but also a popular outdoor leisure area with numerous restaurants and coffee bars
- Neubau area (7th District): is known for the “Designpfad”, a path of unique little shops, workshops, galleries and restaurants, and is the most popular design and fashion district. Here you can relax in the cool bar street and go shopping in the fashion shopping street
- Kunsthistorisches und Naturhistorisches Museum (Art & Natural History Museums), Hofburg, the Ringstrasse with its historical buildings
- Volkstheater
- Mariahilferstraße: the biggest commercial shopping street and the more high-level shopping experience (Kärtnerstrasse, Graben, Kohlmarkt).
- Naschmarkt: the biggest international food market with bars and restaurants (10 min walking distance)

Public transportations are easy to reach, just 5 minute walk to the metro station "Volkstheater" (line U2 and U3) and (same location) to the Bus/Tram stop (line 48A and 49).

Parking: I suggest the CONTIPARK garage, it is located in Museumsplatz 1, just close to the apartment, you pay only EUR 2 per hour with maximum EUR 8 per day. As there are different parking garages and parking areas, which cost more, pay attention to the name and the location of this one.
