Unser Mandl Apartment besticht nicht nur durch seine geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung, sondern auch durch seine günstige Lage im 12. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus befindet sich eine Station der U-Bahnlinie U6, mit der man u.a. zum Westbahnhof fahren kann und in einer Entfernung von knapp 500 Metern ist der Meidlinger Bahnhof gelegen, von wo aus man z.B. mit der U4 zum berühmten Naschmarkt und der Wiener Staatsoper fahren kann, oder auch zum Schönbrunner Schlosspark, der nur eine Station entfernt ist. Nur einen Steinwurf vom Haus entfernt befinden sich des Weiteren ein Einkaufszentrum, der Meidlinger Markt und einige Parks. Die Kaffeehäuser in der Umgebung laden zum Verweilen ein.

Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Sie besteht aus Wohn/Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Bad und WC. Im Wohn/Schlafzimmer, das zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen einlädt, finden sich ein Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Esstisch, an dem vier Personen Platz nehmen können.

The Mandl Apartment is located in the 12th District of Vienna. This pleasant, comfortable flat, furnished in a modern way, located on the 1st floor flat, has been completely renovated in 2011. A very fast excess to every part of the city is possible thanks to a subway station located in the house’s close proximity. There is a U6 station - Niederhofgasse - that can take our Guests to the Vienna Western Station. The Meidlinger Station is about 500 meters away from the house, from where the U4 can take our Guests to the famous Naschmarkt and the Vienna State Opera or to the Schönbrunn Palace garden, which is only a station away. A further shopping centre, the Meidlinger Market, and some parks are at a stone’s throw. The coffee houses nearby invite to stay.

The Mandl Apartment is a one-room flat which offers place for four people. There is a full-size bed (160/200) and in a sofa bed for two as well as a wardrobe and a dinner table for four people. The bathroom and toilet are not separated.

How do damage deposits work?
