This attractive new apartment (51 sq, meters) is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a newly renovated historic building dating back to beginning of the 1900s in a quiet tree-lined street just off the Landstrasse/ Hauptstrasse in the 3rd district

Great location with frequent bus and tube connections to the centre.There are a selection of shops ,supermarkets, grocery shops, coffee shops, restaurants and a small indoor shopping mall La Galleria nearby all offering attractive amenities

Convenient arrivals / departures with the CAT airport train can be taken from the Landstrasse stop and takes you to the airport in 16 minutes

The newly renovated apartment has a fresh and welcoming feel with wooden parquet flooring and high ceilings giving the apartment a spacious dimension. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen, flatscreen cable tv and free wifi internet 1 bedroom with double bed, cupboard and drawers, living room with sofa bed sleeps 1, large flat screen cable tv with free WIFI.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, central heating.Separate WC. Linens and towels supplied. New modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge /freezer ceramic top hob and oven dishwasher clean modern top, coffee maker, kettle and toaster all necessary cooking facilitie.

Due to great public transport in vienna a car is not necessary should you come by car the 'park and ride' facility is the cheapest option

Why can't I call Diane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
