The newly constructed and comfortable 50m2 Apartment "Lilienbrunngasse" is located in a central location within walking distance from the historic center of Vienna (St. Stephen's) away. The unique location combines pleasant rest position with a pulsating urban life and is not just for tourists but Vienna-central location is also ideal for artists, visitors or conventioneers.

Small en suite bathroom with large glass shower, sink and towel dryer, washing machine and hairdryer. 1 set of towels and linens are provided. An open dining room with a glass table, 4 chairs and modern equipped full kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, including dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots and pans. A Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and an electric kettle are also available. At the window there is a bright working with laptop table and PC (free WIFI). Balcony with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the quiet, leafy garden. The entire apartment is provided as FRESH AIR-NO SMOKING AREA, equipped with no carpets and therefore also very suitable for allergy sufferers. All windows have interior blinds for variable privacy and to darken the room.
