Description

This three-level storey apartemnt with charm, the triplex, 80 sq meters, is ideally located in a sunny and quiet street of the pedestrian area, at a short stroll of the sandy beaches, cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, at really 5 - 10 minutes walk from home. The apartment is close too the famous Provençal market and the Picasso Museum.

The triplex, , stands from the second floor to the roof. .It is almost like living in a townhouse. We have maintained in the apartment, situated in a tradiitional house its original character while adding all modern conveniences.
On the second fllor, close to the entrance, a large bedroom with bookcases and wardrobes, a large bathroom with bath and place to shower, and a laundry room.
At the middle floor,
- a very light and airy living room, 2 bays and 3 windows,with a large white sofa, rocking chair and armchairs, provençal and modern furniture. . The apartment is equipped with Wi fi,internet-tv,

. At the upper level a little bathroom and 2 rooms, a double and a single bedroom, surrounded with rectangular skylights which overlook the roofs of the old city and the surrounding mountains.

For summer all the rooms of the triplex are equipped with bladeless Dyson fans, with an efficient cooling effect.
Our beds are fitted with extremely comfy mattresses,
At disposal in the apartment : french, english, italian books, games ;you have in the apartment, And you have at your disposal a comp
and leisure equipment : beach mattresses,parasols, snorkels, diving masks, flippers, bodyboards : roller skates and two bikes.


Just besides the house stays a very well-known bakery, famous for its "pissaladière" (olive, anchovies, onion tart) and for its croissants.
