Description

Casa Due Torri is a perfect home from home close to the centre of the pretty Medieval village of Vicopisano.

Located along a peaceful lane nestled between two medieval towers Casa Due Torri offers a stylish comfortable retreat ideal for a family or friend’s getaway.

The house itself dates back to the middle ages but has been lovingly restored with comfortable modern living in mind. The property has 2 private terraces with views over, terracotta roofs, medieval towers, and the surrounding countryside.

Within a 5 minute stroll you can reach the village square, cafes, bars, restaurant & supermarket.

Vicopisano is an authentic Tuscan village surrounded by a beautiful landscape of pine covered hills, sunflower fields and olive groves making it an ideal area for walking and cycling.

Casa Due Torri offers the ideal base for exploring the beautiful region of Tuscany such as the cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence as well as being just under a 30 minute drive away from the Pisan coast, its beaches, Thermal Spas and Golf course.

both bedrooms are situated on the second floor and both have private terraces with views over Medieval towers and the hills of the Monte Pisano

BATHROOMS

The property has two bathrooms.

Ground floor – shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. The room also has a washer and drier.

Second floor – bath tub with shower attachment, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Hand soap and shower gel are provided.

KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE

The kitchen is situated on the ground floor and is fully equipped for cooking a meal at home. Modern conveniences include a cooker hob, oven and dishwasher.

The kitchen and dining area offers open plan living with a table for dining and access to the living space.

LIVING SPACE

The living area is an open plan space next to the kitchen on the ground floor. There is plenty of comfortable seating for 4 guests as well as an open fireplace.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING

The entrance of the house is accessed by 17 steps. The house is located over two floors and there are 15 stairs from the ground floor of the house up to the first floor where both bedrooms are located.

GARDEN/OUTSIDE AREAS

Each bedroom has its own private terrace. The bedroom at the rear of the property has the larger terrace which has a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
