Modern villa situated in the residential area of the town of Vicchio, birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico, a few kilometers from Florence. The Villa's location provides easy access to other major regional centers such as Siena, Lucca, Pisa.

The villa has a beautiful fenced garden of 700 square meters. equipped with pool for exclusive use of the guests (8m. x 4m. prof. 150cm.). The property is also provided with spaces equipped for outdoor dining. At the border of the property, about 30 meters from the house, passes the road that connects the village of "Vicchio" to "Dicomano." Wi-F free. Possibility to park near the house, on public road. The property is located in the village of "Vicchio", at 6km. from "Borgo San Lorenzo", at 35km. from Florence, at 25km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake Bilancino (canoe, sailing, windsurfing), at 18km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", 4km. riding stables.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
