Lac d'Annecy – Veyrier du Lac

This 5-star luxury villa for 10 people by the water is located on the “Plein Soleil” bank of Lake Annecy.

This villa has been totally renovated in June 2015!

The 5 bedrooms all enjoy untrammelled views of the lake. The house is arranged over 3 single-level storeys and has a selection of furniture by top designers, to transport you into a magical world.

A relaxation area with a 5-seater Jacuzzi and exceptional views provide a great place to relax and recuperate with your family and friends.

There is also a private beach and landing stage, and if you own a boat or would like to rent one, you can use our mooring ring.

Ideally located at the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 min, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Méribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d'Isère 2h), our house is also close to all amenities. You will be 10 minutes from Annecy town centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy airport, 45km from Geneva Airport in Switzerland, and 150km from Lyon Satolas Airport.

For sports fans, our house is conveniently located for all activities: sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting…

In the winter season, you can reach superb ski resorts like Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) in only 30 minutes. You can practise Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile, dog sled rides…

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michel & Alexandra (the owner) a message.

If Michel & Alexandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
