Description

“Villa Perla del Lago” dates back to approximately 1920. It is located in a beautiful sunny position overlooking the lakeside town of Domaso, on the western shore of lake Como. It offers tourists breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains and countryside.

In 2011/2012 the villa has been completely renovated and is now available (rentable) for short periods.

This recent renovation has kept and partly restored its Liberty style, with its painted ceilings, walls and antic furniture typical of the villas in this area of that period.

Only the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the whole penthouse (new in 2016) have been updated with modern and practical appliances.

The penthouse is a separate apartment with its own kitchen, living-room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and allows to large families (or friends group) to travel together and to have their own privacy.

The villa has a 500 sq m garden, 100 sq m terrace, a marquee and wrought iron garden furniture, a barbeque, a pool (8 x 4 m), a Jacuzzi hot tub (for 6 people), sun beds and an outside shower.

Sports enthusiasts have a wide choice of water sports to choose from such as water skiing, surfing, kite surfing and sailing.

For those who prefer a more relaxing holiday “Villa Perla del Lago” is ideal just for sunbathing and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding scenery

“Amazing holiday.”

A perfect villa rental. Everything possible was done to make our stay enjoyable.Every year we rent a villa for a family get together and we have had some wonderful stays in various countries but we can honestly say that this villa beat them all. The pool is cleaned daily....the hot tub perfect....toilet paper supplied....dishwasher tablets supplied....2 bottles of Prosecco and we even awoke one morning to find 5 umbrellas on the terrace as rain had been forecast....in case we needed them!! Fabio and Romina were great....they made us feel really welcome. They got in touch to check everything was ok and gave us a lift down to catch the boat.Oh....forgot to say the scenery is to die for!
