This stylish, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is located just 30 metres from the main lift station at Medran and above the Offshore Café. The apartment is ideal for 2 couples. The spacious entrance hallway leads onto a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable lounge and a dining area that can seat 6. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second double bedroom has access to a shower room with a WC and washing machine (not en-suite). The apartment benefits from a covered, south facing balcony and a south east facing terrace. There is Cable TV and WIFI. An outdoor parking space is also available for your use. This is a non smoking apartment; no pets; careful children aged 10 years + are welcome.
