Alpe Pont, Val Grande Park h 1000mt, Lake, 12 km from Verbania, surrounded by woodland, chance to see deer, wild boars and snakes, the evening around the House approach the foxes and small rodents like Gallegos always in search of food and small bats that have made holes in the roof beams. The House is a building made of spruce wood blockhause feature in Rubner built in 1974, inside there is a large living room where you can see an impressive fireplace, beside a dining room for six people, a kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and fridge, the rooms are three, one master bedroom and adjoining bathroom with washing machine , other two rooms with bunk beds and shared bathroom. Outside there is a swimming pool 9 x 6 meters for use in warmer months. Accessible by car, excursions to the Piancavallone refuge or the Lake in 20 minutes by car. The municipality of Caprezzo is distant 5 km where there is a post office, a restaurant and bar and a church.
