Description

This ground floor apartment is fully equipped to a high standard for the discerning self catering vacation with a communal pool area and children's playground, its a great family location. The gardens are well maintained and make a quiet haven. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom leading on to the front terrace. Travel cot is available. All rooms have mosquito blinds.

As the weather is sunny and hot all year round, we have patio, terrace area with BBQ on the terrace for dining alfresco, and additional sunloungers and patio furniture for extra comfort. Looking onto communal pool area

The property has both front and back access, the back access has a low step leading to back patio,

The terraces in the property are located on both sides of the apartment, meaning all day sunshine.

Puerto Rey is a fantastic location for families, or the keen golfer. Just a few minutes walk to the Vera Player beach and minutes away from the Aqua Park, which is great for both adults and boasts a children's slide area too.

With multiple golf courses in the surrounding areas, its the perfect location for golfing holidays, its just 10 mins drive from the fantastic Desert Springs resort. Situated in between the fishing villages of Villaricos and Garrucha there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, and several new 4 star hotel resorts offering great amenities.

Puerto Rey is just a 10 min drive from the buzzy nightlife in Mojacor. In summary, El Faro makes an all year round perfect self catering holiday location.

“Fantastic Holiday Apartment In An Amazing Location”

Amazing family apartment!! This is our 8th year booking this excellent apartment, it is spotlessly clean and has everything a family could want - comfy sofa bed, lovely double bed and big twin room. It also has a bbq area and a large patio area which is a stones throw away from the pool. The pool area is clean and well kept with a great children's pool for little ones, there is also a children's play area which my kids absolutely loved. It is walking distance to the local beach, that has a great beach club (Maru), that serve excellent cocktails and food. Aqua Vera Park is a 5 minute drive away, with great water slides and a wave pool. We often drive into Mojacar which has a variety of bars and restaurants that offer menu of the day - we love Bella Vista and the view of Mojacar beach from there is incredible. We can't wait to go back next year!

Hace varios años que vamos los 5 de familia a este apartamento y seguiremos yendo puesto que estamos muy contentos con las instalaciones y la propietaria, Simone. Está totalmente equipado con Wi-fi, A/C, todos los electrodomésticos y bien situado junto al club deportivo Puerto Rey y cerca de la playa de Vera en una zona muy tranquila sin masificaciones. Tiene su propia plaza de garaje y al estar en una urbanización cerrada con piscina y zonas infantiles, es muy cómoda y segura.

“Great location”

We have been staying at this apartment for a number of years in June and the weather has always been perfect.The local amenities are excellent with two supermarkets five minutes drive away and several restaurants in walking distance if you don't want to drive to Garrucha.The apartment is always clean and the addition of Wi-Fi this year enabled me to easily keep in touch with my elderly mother back in the UK. We especially enjoyed the patio/terrace for eating all our meals outside

Han sido una vacaciones familiares muy buenas en este bonito apartamento cerca del playazo de Vera y el Club Deportivo Puerto Rey. Mañana de playa o excursión al Cabo de Gata y tarde en la magnífica piscina del complejo y deporte. El apartamento de planta baja tiene su propia plaza de garaje, su barbacoa, aire acondicionado y wi-fi lo cual hace que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas.

Thank you so much for this amazing holiday apartment. It was spotless, tastefully decorated and furnished. A great friendly welcoming resort, near a beautiful beach and we were pleased to see more additions to restaurants In the local area, meaning loads to do and places to eat during our stay.
